These Terms govern your use of WebKada. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About WebKada

WebKada is a hyperlocal marketplace platform that lets independent retail shop owners ("Vendors") sell to customers in their service area. WebKada is not the seller of the items listed; the Vendor is the seller and is responsible for product quality, packaging, and accurate descriptions.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
Provide accurate information; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders & pricing

Prices, taxes, and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Item availability depends on Vendor stock; we may cancel or refund if unavailable.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and Vendor preparation time.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners. You authorise us to charge the payment method you select for the order amount including taxes and delivery fees.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to defraud Vendors, couriers, or other users.
Do not place fraudulent orders, manipulate ratings, or attempt to bypass security.
Repeated refusals to accept delivered orders may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellations & returns

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebKada is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or your registered contact details. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
